Hello Guys,

Yesterday I created a 360° picture with my Mavic Air and uploaded it to Skypixel. Today I noticed that I can't see the picture on Skypixel. I always get the 404 message "loading failed!" Curiously, the preview image works.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is or how I can fix it?

Hi Ruben, which browser are you using? I checked with Google and it works fine. Please try with another Brower.

I've tried several brosers.

- Google Chrome (75.0.3770.100)
- Internet Explorer (11.175.18362.0)
- Edge (44.18362.1.0)

Both at work and at home  (even on my Mobile) I get the same error!

Now its somehow working, not sure why!

I have verified with the Skypixel team that it was the issue of the cache, we will keep optimizing it, please keep us updated if you have any further problem.
