hello guys i been getting footage from the spark using mt 128 gb  san disk pro U3  on it but when i connect it to the pc  to gte the footage i cant find the footage from it!

the only way so far  icould get my footage is  putting my sd  to my s8 samsung and trasfer it and trasnfer again to pc but i a little pain :/.

any advices of how to get the footage directly from spark? also soon ill go get a sd reader for usb but till then any other ways?

I use Windows 10. I just put the microSD in an adapter and put it in the PC. It shows in windows explorer. Inside the DCIM folder is 857MEDIA that contains all my videos.

I'm pretty sure the max size of SD card suggested for the Spark is 64GB, according to the manual? Maybe that's your issue.

This article seems to say similar, but I'm sure other forum users will correct me if I'm wrong

What do you see on your screen when you connect the drone to the PC? Is it blank or can you see the DCIM folder but nothing shows up in it?

You can also connect spark to a computer with a USB cable. Spark will look like a storage device or maybe a camera. You'll find your stuff in the DCIM folder.

maybe it could be one of the issues but I see people with 128 having no probs  so :/

Well, Mine is 128GB. I keep it pretty empty, deleting all but the newest file from time to time.
