Hello, I have been trying to upgate the new version of the firmware with assistant 2. Download and transmitting finish successfuly, but when the AC start 57%, and then the aircraft reboots automatically after it fails and shows error:0x020104
after it shows No Image Transmission, when reconnect the cable on RC in show sometimes Aircraft Disconnected?
Any Help to fix this issues?

Hi there, may I know which drone do you refer to? Has the drone been involved with a crash or hard landing before? And what's the current firmware are you using? We'd like to check.

no major incident, just once it toouched  tree leaves, the drone is DJI P4P V2.0
App 4.3.20
Aircraft v01.00.1000
Remote Controller v01.00.2200

It is recommended to download the latest DJI Assistant 2 For Phantom from the corresponding product page: https://www.dji.com/phantom-4-pro-v2/info#downloads If the update keeps failing after several attempts, I'm sorry that you may start a case to send it in for diagnosis: https://www.dji.com/support

I tried again n again on windows 10, on macbook, and my iphone still having failure at 57% with a error:0x020104, would love to know wat is the error means coz at the end it show me No Image Transmission Signal

It looks like the camera issue, and we do not recommend to repair at your end, please kindly refer to the above suggestion to send it in, thanks!

I am in your shoes ‘ after trying  updating firmware it failed  at 57% never crashed hard landed or miss handle . Working fine before trying to update and now sent drone into DJI for repairs and they want the to charge me 499$ for something that wasn’t my fault check out my post from today
