i was charging my smart remote and knocked down a heavy object. It hit the remote and now the thrust/yaw stick is locked to the top. Any suggestions besides calling DJI?
Hello and good day Dr. Z. I am sorry to know what happened to the left control stick of your DJI Smart Controller. I would recommend you contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav . We have the professional team who would do their best to fix the said issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. In addition DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the said remote controller. To avoid further damage on the said unit and this process can void the warranty of the DJI Smart Controller as well.
