I have a question about registering my drone in Thailand.

I doubt if I should apply for NBTC and CAAT, or CAAT is enough?

You definitely need both registrations. I am currently registering my drone for a trip to Thailand. CAAT registration is possible online. The NBTC, on the other hand, is only available locally. Since the vacation time is not enough to get a permit from the NBTC in time, I have assigned a local agent. The process is not yet finished, but the preliminary work looks very trustworthy. I decided to work with http://www.dronethaiinsurance.com/ for the NBTC registration. So far, this works excellently.
