Hi DJI or anyone that can help.

Have a 5.5 can't get it to update or update the map have flown it on my P4p and Inspier 2 the problems is the same on both also have a 7.85 and is fine and have set them up the same way.

As you can see from the pic it says check Wi-Fi connection but it is connection as you can see

Hello,

I read many problems with the DJI Go 4 update 4.3.16 for Crystalsky.
Especially with offline maps which do not appear on the main screen, though loaded on the offline map list.

My 7.85 Crystalsky is still on 4.3.14 and I have not the problem you describe with your 5.5.

Is your 7.85 Crystalsky successfully update on 4.3.16 with offline maps showing on the main screen ?

Have sorted the wi-Fi out it was the android operating system did a update using a sd card, still working on the map.
My 7:85 is fine.
