I am new use of DJI RONIN S. Yesterday I got received.

  

Balancing done as per the video guide.

  

  

My camera: SONY A6000

  

Lens: SIGMA 30mm, F1.4 Contemporary

  

  

When I am holding the gimbal straight/vertical and controlling the camera using joystick – towards up 45-degree angle, the entire gimbal gets vibration/jerking/shaking, which is not able control.

  

For safety I used to switch OFF.

  

Anyone came across this issue?

I saw in a vlog (Brandon Li) shows the same issue.

  

Please help me on this issue at the earliest, as I have to do few commissioned work in the upcoming days!
