I would like to be able to manually command movements in the Osmo gimbal.  I am thinking that if I attached it to the DJI Osmo Pocket Wireless Module I would be able to connect via Bluetooth and send commands.

I'm building a tracking application

Is this the right approach?  If not what is the best approach to manually controlling where the camera points?


If so, where can I get a list of commands available to be sent over BT to command gimbal movements?

Alternately is there a documented interface between the Osmo Pocket and the thumbwheel interface?  I'm open to moving the gimbal by using the same pin interface that the thumbwheel uses..

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. The gimbal can be controlled via the DJI Mimo app when it's connected to the Osmo Pocket using a smartphone adapter or wireless module. However, you could also control the gimbal by installing the Osmo Pocket Controller Wheel. You may refer to the link below for the documentation. Thank you for your support.
