what is the real time you get from you spark , if your set you warnning at 30% . my spark will only fly for about 10 minutes give or take .

That seems to be ok.
But it is a reminder, not really a warning: "Think about returning to home"

The warning, imho, is the auto RTH. ;-)
And flight times are 10-12, in average. But with new batteries, I got the one or the other flight in the 14 minutes range

10 minutes seems to be about right..that's what I usually get

10-13 minutes is usually what I get from each battery.

I have lots of 11 minute flights in my log. An occasional 13 minute flight. Some only 1 to 5 minutes. I don't always fly a whole battery in one flight.

I hope that you will get the best information from out valued DJI co pilots with regards to there actual flight time that they have when flying there DJI Spark. In addition the maximum flight time of the DJI Spark is at 16 minutes ( no wind at a consistent 12.4 mph ( 20 kph ) ). Thank you.

It seems time runs faster in China...16 Minutes (yea right) compared to 12 or 13 in real life.

It's "up to" 16 minutes.

When I go 13, spark keeps threatening to RTH instead of flying back to my hand.

thank you one and all . and i know every little bit of extra weight no matter how small will reduce your time in the air , like landing feet , battery holder and any thing else we put on our spark .
