Youtube hurts the quality and this effect is hardly noticeable, but if you look closely, it is. I uploaded a smaller file to the folder at the link ~80MB

Can we get more detail on what you are seeing? I can see some moire effect on the light grid on the building to the right -- is that what you are talking about?
