Thanks for your help! I can't click the word exchange, even though I have 1819 points. Also, that link did not work for me

You have to fill IN 1800, into the field "1800 forum points", first!
Like you would need to fill in every other amount, from 1800 to 5400, in 180 steps, in case you would have over 18xx points

Edit: And don't be surprised, the 10US$ will be just ~7.25 Euros (check on the DJI-Store website by changing the currency/country).
Last time I changed, DJI was still using 1,38:1
And they have not changed it in a year or even longer!

Nope, in the online store you choose the region, you ORDER (and get delivered) in, that sets the currency.

log in (or the forum login is still good for the cockie)
look for the item you want
check the price,  check the currency settings (top right), change between US and Euros
Yours is the Euro price
There, IN the account, are your 10 US showing up, in about 8-10 days
If they are there, you can switch currencies  on the account page, to check what you got.

And in Europa , you need 150 Euros (I think) worth of items, to "qualify" for free shipping.
Or you pay about 25 Euros for shipping.
Which you can't use credits for (not important for your 10 US ;-)

But I would really like, that DJI is changing the the DJI credits from US to Euro more real, like 1.15:1, not like this 1.38:1 ratio.
The 1.38 US for ONE Euro is thing from 5 years back.
The past 2 or 3 years, the Euro didn't reach 1.20:1.

Right now, it is a 1.12 US for 1 Euro. Do the math to 1.38 Us for 1Euro, please

The points system is weird. They tell everyone that they wanna expand the support with the Forum but make it so hard for normal users to ask question its almost if they don' want new users anymore. Everything is bugy af and links you to thread that are dead since 3 years etc.

Really frustrating. Never seen such a mess of a Forum tbh.
