some animals are indeed a threat to our drones. Especially seagulls during breading season. But also lots of bees or wasp swarming around the buzzing sound of your drone.
Bees don't follow you when you go up fast. Unfortunatly I crashed a couple of them when flying over a lavender field in France.
And I got several seagulls checking out the drone, circling around, sometimes to close for comfort. When possible, I go very low until they loose interest. Sometimes you can't, like last time I was flying of the coast to get some pictures of the coast line. I had to go up fast. Lucky the massive seagull lost interest.
Yes, you have to watch out for birds flying around. |
