Hi to the forum. Needless to say, I have a problem.
I have a new Mavic 2 Pro and I have fitted a U3 Sandisk microSD card. I have taken video and photos which appear on my phone which is connected to the controller, but the SD card is completely empty. Obviously I am doing something wrong but what? There is no guidance in the manual.

Also, Can you please check the storage location in your DJI GO 4 app if it is already set on SD card. You may refer to the images below.
