Having 3 user modes fully user programmable is great, but it does not fully cover all shooting styles and needs.
Maybe the software design team could consider expanding the number of User Modes to a total uf up to 6, which should be easily possible by using a combination of status LEDs:

mode    LED

user2 : 2
user3 : 3
user4 : 1+2
user5 : 1+3
user6 : 2+3
additionally,
the extra user modes could be 'turned on/off' via a toggle, so that the Mode button only rotates through actually used user modes.
