I tried all the setup and configs and I'm don't know what wrong in this. Active Track doesn't work in my Sony A73 + Zeiss Batis 25mm.

My steps :

-Turn on Gimbal
-Turn on Sony a73
-Connect the cable to Sony a73
-Turn on iphone (XS) and open the app
-Click of create button and then click on active track
-Align the mobile camera and with the joystick align the sony a73 to point the same.
-Click in the trigger ronin button one time.

What happen ?

When I push the trigger button to start the active track the firsts 2 seconds is working well but when the subject starts moving the gimbals going crazy and starts to rotate with any sense. I have to power off to stop the rotation.

Any ideas whats happening ?¿

Same problem here, were you going to indicate that we need the DJI phone holder in order for it to work. Specifically the one with the hot shoe attachment.
