I am currently unable to update the Spark safe fly database.  I have tried on my iPhone X, my iPad Air, and my iPad Mini 4 all running IOS 12.3.1.  I am running DJI Go 4 app version 4.3.20.  The safe fly database for app is version 01.00.01.16 and the safe fly database for aircraft version 01.00.01.15.

Also, the Precise Fly-Safe Database as I've checked here in our end you currently have the latest version for the aircraft as well as for the application. The app will notify you if there would be a new release fly-safe update. Hope this will clarify your query for us. Thank you for your continued support!

Yes I received the error in the DJI Go 4 app.  It tries to update both the aircraft and the app but fails on both.  Should I ignore the updates to the safe fly database then?

Had the same problem, connected to my laptop and done it with Dji Assistant.
