This mis my first post. Sorry for my english because it isn't my language.

I have a new smart phone Huawei P20.
I try it today with my drone Mavic Pro and i have every 20s a disconnect between the Remote Control and the Phone. And about 2s is connect. But during 2s i have a screen fixed.

I try to use the cable of the phone and connect on the USB front (not the side) of the remote control but it's the same problem.
I uninstall and reinstall the App DJI GO4 but it's the same.
Huawei P20 is a phone full compatible with the App DJI so I don't understand why I have this problem.

What i can try or do ?

Hi! Use your original charging cable from Huawei to connect your phone to the remote controller.
Connect your phone through the bottom USB port.

It’s a connected cable the issue.
