How to calculate the NDVI
Hello, I´m working with the Inspire 1 V2, with a NIR camera (zenmuse X3) and a RGB camera (zenmuse X3 also)
So to calculate the correct NDVI, i have to do this sequence:

• I program a mission with the GO DJI app and the RGB camera
• I flight with this camera the mission.
• I change the RGB camera to the NIR camera,
• I flight the same mission with the NIR camera
• I go to my program to do the orthomsaic picture (georreference TIFF) mapsmadeeasy.com or agisoft
• Then i have 2 orthomsaic, one NIR and other RGB
• I open both pictures as raster layer in Qgis, and calculate the NDVI formula with the raster calculator.
• Once i´m at the calculator, how do i calculate the correct NDVi? I have 4 layers on each picture (red, green, blue, alpha)
  

The question it´s, because, the NIR ZENMUSE X3 CAMERA, take the picture with the 3 colours but with more average in red....

If need, i can upload the pictures i mean...
