I have an Matrice 600 with a TTL connection and have used two entirely different Win 7 machines to drive the onboard sdk.

When I plug in the TTL cable and turn on the M600, quite often, but not everytime, the Windows mouse goes haywire and starts making phantom clicks and moves.

I notice 8 usb drivers that DJI provides. I am certain one of these is the culprit. Fortunately for the onboard system, I probably only need one or two of these.

Anybody have an idea which driver is messing up the mouse?

Apparently is not the Assistant drivers. When plugged in, Windows is installing C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mouclass.sys and C:\Windows\System32\drivers\sermouse.sys

and calls it a Microsoft Serial Mouse under Mice and other Pointing Devices

I assume deleting the drivers will solve the problem but disallow me from using a serial mouse....

As an Aside: Windows 10 will not recognize Chinese  signed Drivers and must be reconfigured to allow unsigned Drivers to load.
