One of my Tello engines still running when it is even turned off.  I can stop it just by getting battery out.   How I could fix it?

Sorry for our mistake.  The e-mail address is support@ryzerobotics.com.

That's really weird, does your drone power off and not have any lights remaining on or are you not powering off the drone correctly? It is 2 presses of the power button that turns off the drone.

What happens when you put the battery back on?
