Has anyone used the Ronin S and the Note 9? I've not found any confirmation, and the website doesn't list it, but, I've found that DJI doesn't always update the compatibilty list.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. The dimension of the remote controller that could support mobile device is Max length: 160 mm; max thickness: 6.5–8.5 mm. You could connect your mobile device by installing it to the remote controller's clamp and use the appropriate cable that you need. For further check, please see the screenshot below. Спасибо за ответ. Но я спрашивал о программном обеспечении . При входе в полетное меню программа сваливается (закрывается ) и не хочет работать вообще.

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Did you manage to re-install the application to see if there will be changes? For us to ensure that this matter is due to compatibility or application problem, we would recommend doing isolation by using a different mobile device that is compatible with our DJI GO 4 app and Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom.
