This weekend I was flying in Etretat, made some nice shots but forgot to save the video before shutting down the drone.
Now I can not play the video, it says that it's damaged.

I have tried several programs to save the video, but the programs (fix.video, stellarrepair, ...) I've tried keep loading.

What are you tips? I should be able to save the video, right..?

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. Unfortunately, we don't have official software that could possibly retrieve the damaged file in the SD card. However, we're hoping that you could get the best recommendation that you may need. Thank you for understanding.

I can try and fix the video for you. You can upload it to Google Drive or other storage provider, so that I can download it. I will also need a reference video shot on your DJI with the same settings as the corrupted one (resolution, frame rate, etc.). You can take any video you've recorded just before the corrupted file, or record a new video of around 5 minutes long.
