I have watched the Guide on howto setup the FPV System. It seams really easy since you only have to hold the connect button on all the things.
Would it be able though to use the DJI Controller to fly other drones as well? And could you modify the Goggles to receive a radio signal from other FPV Quads? (I know wrong subtype. Sry).

the FPV controller can't use for other drones since the receiver is integrated in the air unit. Yes,  you can use the other controller, just add a receiver to FC board
