Hi guys,

While troubleshooting some other issue,  I thought it would be a good idea to plug my mavic air to my MacBook and format the internal storage using DiskUtils.

Since then my drone shows  "internal storage not found" and factory reset does not fix it.

Any suggestions ?

Internal storage should only be formatted using the built-in utility.

Try formatting it with the DJI Go App.

If above did not help - try to format with same tool you did but play with type of disk - exFAT, ntfs, etc. Most likely this should be exFAT and apple formatted it by default to ntfs
