Reason I ask is that I have a Panasonic GH5s with 25mm lens (pretty short, not pancake, but not massive) and no matter how much I balance it (and get "Excellents" for test responses), I have a problem with:

* The gimbal not following my actions fast enough no matter what setting (that might be adjustments, I realise)
* Getting too much roll on the roll axis even though it's balanced before turning it on.

If I took my camera and Ronin S to the DJI store in Melbourne, do you think they'd (1) help (2) have enough expertise to help ?

Or is there anyone in Melbourne that could help ?
