Hello! How are you?  Is it possible to make a recording where the drone always focuses on the same fixed point?  Either in normal video mode or tapfly.  I've seen videos where people make flights and always focus on the same place while the drone makes different movements.  Thank you!

On the spark try using the quick shots

you can set auto track on a stationary object and then manually fly the drone, it will turn to keep the camera pointed at the tracked object .

Get litchi and create a mission with one point/ some points of interest.
Or one of the other apps, that support missions with the Spark, poi, ...

select 'active track' in the intelligent flight modes, draw a box on the screen around what you want to track, hit go.
