My Ronin S carriage seems to be stuck

My Ronin S carriage seems to be stuck and won't move towards the left past 7 and 1/2 (see image for reference).

I assume this isn't normal? I don't want to force it because I don't want to break anything, but I need to slide it further towards the 9 to balance it properly. It has been like this since I bought it, but I only just got time to start trying to use it now so I only just discovered this.

What can be done? Is this a common problem? What can I do to fix it?
Please advise

That's weird. It isn't lost when I look at it. Here's a URL you can view it.

It's not much to see though. It's just the carriage parked at 7 1/2 where it can't slide any further towards the 9.

Mine stops in the same location.  Been that way since I got it.  Be interesting to see what DJI says.  Other than that, it works great!

Any chance someone at DJI could weigh in?

Was there ever an answer to this question? I jus picked up a Ronin-S and am experiencing the same problem:

ANSWER: I just spoke with DJI customer support. According to manufacturing engineers this is a NORMAL feature of the Ronin S in order to help prevent a mounted camera from hitting the gimbal.
