Trying to do factory reset as I am selling my Mavic. Using Mac with Mojave. Reinstalled the app and the windows tethered software that comes with it. Thought that was the issue as I didn’t install it first time. I connect usb and then startup Mavic. Tried about 20 times now. Any ideas of how to fix this.
