Dear Support representative,

My name is Isaac and a few weeks ago I was given a Mavic 2 Pro as a present. The drone was purchased in North America and at the moment of activation of the Mavic 2 I purchased the Care Refresh here in Spain, my country of residence.

After reading some forum posts in DJI's forum I'm a bit confused, I would like to know if I'm entitled to the benefits of Care Refresh here in Spain.

You activated the AC, (I assume successful), and then purchased the Care Refresh?
Let's see, the activation took, and they took your money when you paid for the care refresh, so I would think you are good to go.

However, the manufacturer's warranty can be applied from where the drone was purchased.
