Hiya!

Great Product when it is working but only manage to use it for 2 days since i bought OSMO Mobile 3 I only manage to use this gimbal for 2 days and for the past 2-3 days it is not working anymore.

I am using samsung S10, I do not know whether is a firmware issue or mimo app .

Please advice or tell us when we have updates for at least use the stabilization if not mimo app. because right now I connect to device but pretty much showing me empty charge of osmo but when i use  DJI GO app it shows battery of osmo mobile 3 is full! this is well strange

The good thing it works with Mimo app instead of the DJI Go app that crashes every time

Hello
I have the Osmo mobile 3 and i have connected with my Huawei Mate 20 lite.... All ok ....BUT ....the video is only 720 resolution...!!!
The phone it can take video in 1080 but the mimo app its lock in 720! Why??
The 720 is very poor and i don't wont to upload the videos in my youtube page!
What can i do?

Hi. I use the Osmo Mobile 3 for social media postings e.g. instagram stories, but "Story" mode on the Mimo App not work in Portrait orientation. Portrait mode is a really missing feature on the "Story" mode. Do you know if there is any way to configure the vertical mode in the "Story" function? I hope this option will be released in the next update.

First Week using the product and the app doesn't keep a stable connection with the phone. Disapointed for now.  I checked on forums and it seems to be a massive issue with this product and others. Always disconnecting. How come ? I have a samsung A50  and the mobile 3. Two new gadgets that don't pair

You need to ask the Filmic Pro developers about that.  They then need to ask DJI to give them the necessary code hooks into the Mobile 3 hardware.

Hi!
I would like to open a new topic/thread with this title:
H.265/HEVC coding in the DJI Mimo/DJI Go app.
I have this phone: XIAOMI A2 Lite
I have this device: Osmo Mobile 3
I have had the Osmo Mobile 2 too for a week. Then I decided to upgrade.
That is very important to have the ability of HEVC coding.
Open Camera is able to set framerate, bitrate, and encoding too.
So my phone is able to record 4K video in HEVC.
HEVC = H.265 That makes videos more beautiful, detailed, without of video coding articats.
Unfortunately DJI softwares doesn't support HEVC.
That would be nice to have that ability. That's just a software thing!
Please make it avaliable to switch from H.264 to H.265 in the video settings!
I think DJI is a professional brand, please act like that, implement modern things in software side too (as you are very cool in motion tracking)!

Yes! They should give us more abilities to set up video details. At least under some kind of defeloper options with warnings if they need.
