Hi there,We’ve just had the DJI X7 gimbal go down on us while doing a camera test. It’s not doing it’s calibration when it turns on, and the roll motor is getting incredibly hot (too hot to touch). There’s no override in DJI-GO. Any suggestions on how to sort this out, please?. Has anyone out there found this problem before?

Hi, thank you for bringing this query for us and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to refresh the firmware of your Inspire 2 with your X7 camera to see if there would be some changes? Also, can you please try to use a different camera that is compatible with your Inspire 2 for us to further isolate the issue? In addition, can you please send us a video showing the problem for us to help you further? Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding.
