No...I shut it down and restarted. Now it works.

Hi, thank you for bringing this query for us. Can you please clarify if you already rectify the issue? If you still receive the problem, did you receive any error message in the DJI GO 4 App? Also, you may try to perform the gimbal calibration to see if the problem will still persist. Please keep us posted. Thank you!
