Hi Dan,

tried to dng from your latest dropbox files on a Ps CS6. Copying and pasting the image in Ps shows no circle.
Maybe it interacts with certain software you're using.
The faststone viewer, IrFanView or darktable don't seem to have problem with it. Camera raw shows a red circle. Importing it in LR 6.14 shows a white circle.
Photomatix Pro hasn't any problem with it.

It seems that some information in your file triggers that circle in certain software and some others werk perfectly (or seems to correct it). Especially Adobe software seems to show a circle (white or red).

Just think about it, how we see anything is a presentation that has been developed.  It's not like we can completely change at will but we can certainly modify it a bunch to make our lives better for the future even if it's something small.

What I find completely bizarre is that Capture One decodes the DNG just fine. Everything else gets the white circle.The card remained in the M2P all day.

Did you find a fix for the White Circle issue on your Raw Files

llooks like 80s atari video game circles. 2 years owning m2p and zoom and never experienced any issue like that.

Never found a solution.

Does anyone have a solution to this? I'm experiencing the same problem in Lightroom Classic




- Drone firmware fully updated
- Lightroom Classic full updated
- Opens without the problem in CaptureOne
- Opens with same problem in photoshop through Camera RAW

Hi there

I think I have the solution. As my Lightroom is in German I hope I give you the right names. Basically you just have to turn off your graphic processor. On a PC you go to Edit - Preferences - Perfomance and there turn it off.
