Recently purchased a 1.0 inspire 1 which came with a single tb47 battery.  I recently purchased 2x tb 48 batteries, i've seen some threads talking about updating the firmware for these batteries but am unsure where to get the firmware from.  Is it just part and parcel of the inspire firmware located on this page https://www.dji.com/uk/inspire-1/info#downloads as it says its already up to date.  

Hey, Gerv55 if you go back to the Inspire download page under Firmware the second file is a PDF that you can read and it tells you EXACTLY what to do and it is very simple. Safety First! Ken. (Just make sure that you download the correct file according to which camera you have.)

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. The firmware of the battery can be updated upon updating the aircraft which would include the batteries. However, if the app detected that the batteries are outdated, you will have an option to update it using the DJI Go application. Hope that this would clarify your query. Thank you for your support.

Didn't know you could isync battery firmware for the Inspire 1 using just the GO app - that's cool

The application should notice if the battery needs to be updated as well, like our consumer's drone.

Which may just explain why I have flown 12 different DJI drones nearly 10 million feet in over three years without a single outdoor crash or need to return - yeah, safety first sunshine!
