I had been told by a rep at DJI that the OSMO 3 would ship in September. I'm guessing that the information was not correct?   Order # 0013508640439

Mine is also pending of 20-25 business days after payment confirmation. Meanwhile DJI sent a bunch of Osmo 3 to youtuber all over the world. Thank you DJI.
I'm also waiting since June for the fly more combo for Mavic 2 Pro while for the drone I just waited over 1 month to receive it.. At least they delivered something. Thank you also.

Please explain me why dji have different delivery days? Why Dji discriminate their customers sending more quicly to some countries like USA?

I am in USA and am still waiting! It is frustrating when you are used to Amazon Prime and other fast shipping times. I guess demand exceeded expectations!

Is the problem the Combo delivery? My order number is 0447415085938, given it has been in the system for a couple of weeks now I am hoping you can give me a m ore definite shipping date than 22-29 days from payment. I am going on a holiday to South America soon and really would love to know I will have the Osmo Mobile 3 before I go.
Does the 22-29 mean 3 weeks 1 day to 4 week 1 day or does it mean 4 weeks 2 days to 5 weeks 4 days the difference between weeks and working weeks?
A date would be more meaningful.

Ordered on the 22nd August from UK ... mine says 22-29 days Mine is stuck on processing .... waiting patiently.... really hope it gets here next couple of weeks... Has anyone progressed from processing status?

i recently order both the osmo mobile 3 and osmo pocket together and had i read the shipping terms before ordering, i should have ordered them separately. i now have to wait for my osmo pocket to arrive with the osmo mobile 3. i guess i was spoiled with my mavic air and osmo mobile 2  both received under a week from ordering.  looking for some magic and speed processing, lol. order number 0019184909487.
now, i would like to cancel the entire order, item is still processing and don't see anyway to cancel it under my account. any help would be appreciated!

question. my package is now in alaska and fedex sent me this "statement is required from the consignee". do i need to do anything more to receive this shipment?
