Hey guys, if you've already got yours how long did your order take processing?


Ordered 5 days ago, paid and the order is still stuck on processing =/

Of course the estimated delivery does say to allow much more time but just trying to get an idea as I see a few people alredy seem to have received it.

Based in the UK by the way.

Ordered mine last week, but it still shows Processing Order.  I get the impression from other posts that I'm not going to get any further update until it shows up.  I wish they would give me tracking information, just because I like to know where things are and what's happening.  Still, hopefully it won't take too long.

Already threads with people posting this already.

But to respond, im based in the US. ordered the same day the product was acknowledged by dji and got it Monday.

I'm having the same issue to. and I purchased it on DJI website

I ordered mine on the 15th and it still shows "Processing." It's quite aggravating, especially when you go to Best Buy and they say they can ship it immediately. I'm half tempted to cancel my order and go through Best Buy.

Well, Best Buy (which had them in stock yesterday when I first checked) is now out of stock. "Getting More Soon."

This is my status today. Based in UK

I talked to a rep for my order, and said processing would take atleast 3-5 business days before it gets assigned to a warehouse and a courier. ETA on mine was sept 22

Mine was suppose to be here today but it is delayed 1 day out of China and will be here Friday..

I've been on processing for over a week now, ordered and paid on the 13th. Popular device I'd say lol.

Ordered mine the day of release - turned up on Monday.  Lovely piece of kit and due to the size of it much more likely to take it out and about along with my OSMO Pocket.  Reassuringly heavy and the hinge is very strong - no issues so far using on my Note 9.  Good luck..

never buying frim dji store again:   
mavic 2 pro shipped for me but dji lied to me, was only shipped out today (23rd) they claimed was 21-22.. dji claims on a priority list but ships it via economy only with no extra commitment (not very priotitized).   fedex disputes that was shipped prior to 23rd.  and is flip flopping between 26th delivery and 28th for mym mavic 2 pro

Ordered mine and it stated 7 to 10 days after payment. Within three days it shipped and arrived on time. Works well with my I phone x but having a hard time with my Huawei P30 Pro

i ordered mine on 8/14  the webpage stated eta would be estimated at 6-10 working days.   I just checked and the webpage has been changed to reflect 20-25 business days.   KINDA DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY CAN UPDATE A WEBPAGE, BUT NOT SEND OUT UPDATES TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID.  How hard can it be???

Same here, except I ordered mine one day after you. This is my first experience with DJI and so far I am NOT impressed. They are getting off on the wrong foot with new users. They really need to do a better job communicating with people who have outstanding orders and perhaps even making it right somehow. Just my 2 cents as someone who has served in the customer service and public relations industry...

Hey, I didn't order from DJI but for those who ordered from B&H, it took 2 business days to order and receive the Mobile 3!

I ordered mine on the 16th.  It sat on "Order Processing" until two days ago, when I contacted DJI Support and was told my order wouldn't ship until late September.  I cancelled my order from DJI and ordered from Best Buy yesterday evening.  My order shipped this morning.  Should have it in a few days.

Ordered on 14th. Customer support says that it is scheduled to ship on 3rd September and that it will take 3-5 business days to deliver.

Also ordered on the 14th and haven't heard anything.

The wait and lack of customer service is too much. I've refunded my order and am going with a Movi.

Try reach out for the online sales support.
I did that and it worked!
My order was placed 15/8 and was hanging in "processing" for many days. When talking to
the sales support they told me something was went wrong in the ordering system, but now
it should be fixed. a few days later i had my OM3 delivered.

Its worth a try

Ordered mine on 20th Aug from Heliguy in the UK. Delivered on 27th.

So sounds like I wont get it before my event this weekend.

this is BS.. i was told it's going to be here by september 23!

Ordered the Osmo mobile 3 combo pack on the 18th. Approaching two weeks now and still hasn't shipped yet.

Ordered mine direct from DJI on the 16th, still nothing. Just checked the Heliguy website here in the UK and they say they do not have stock until 27th September.

Ordered mine on 14th and just got an email/DHL text that its been shipped (UK)

Thats good news. Did you order the combo pack? Because I ordered one on 14th and it wont be shipped until 3rd Sept.
