Looking for help with simply streaming my drone feed to another ipad via an RTMP with minimal latency. (OR ANY WAY)

Does any one have a reccomendation on how to do this?

Ideally it would be for educational purposes where over 300 students would have access at the same time to view.

Looks like I might have to develop my own server utilizing RTMP?
