I recieved my Osmo Mobile 3 yesterday. It's a great product!

Included in the box are a set of black stick-on pads. What are those pads used for?

I can't find amy info about them.

Any ideas?

I believe those are for the phone mount, I guess if you have a smaller phone or something like that, to help get a better grip.

If you read the manual it will state they are used to secure the phone in place...

I was confused too until I saw it there. Glad you got it sorted..

I have not used mine as my phone fits just fine without them....

The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 Mobile Phone Holder anti-slip pad used to prevent a mobile phone from slipping as a few mobile phones, such as the  Huawei P30 without a protective case, may slip from the mobile holder if the friction is small. Thank you.

The pads are to grip your phone but they are not needed

Could somebody attach a photo of the finished product if you were able to attach those strips?? Thanks!

Of course, I found wrapping it round my hand let’s me use handlebar mode a bit more comfortably.

In the image, its to the left and right of the DJI logo. Normally there's a recessed gap.
