Need help if anyone can solve with this problem that is after recording on the Osmo Pocket and when you view it, it will not be smooth, that is it will freeze but the sound is in the background and than it will start playing again.

What am I viewing it on, the pocket, the phone, a computer, other software?

Although I use a Mac, I don't use iMovie. Therefore, I am not familiar with its quirks. However, with many softwares, until rendered to final output, the playback can often be a bit squirrelly.

Try outputting a short, "jerky" clip and see it the final product loses the jerkiness.

If you can play back the clip in a viewer on the Mac and not an editing program and it's smooth then your system is not powerful enough to cope with the bit rate of the Osmo Pockets files when editing.

Older PCs and Macs are going to have trouble with newer peripherals as specs increase.
I'm having similar problems with my PC and really need to upgrade to cope with 4K footage.
