I was surprised that the RC battery drains faster than expected. In two days it decreased by 15% without much use. I guess there is some sort of LiPoly drain happening within the battery . The software was updated to the latest firmware .
One remedy is to use a portable battery charger connected to the side port of the RC ( micro USB connector ) . The bottom USB connector is used to connect to the Mobile for regular flight control display. Vice versa does not work.
Something a little odd that I have discovered with my M2P RC is that after it reaches 100% recharge leave it on the charger for about 10-15 minutes and the LCD screen goes blank then I take it off the charger and turn the charger off on the wall. By doing that I find it holds a 100% charge for a few days whereas if I take it straight off the charger when it shows 100% it will be around 95% then next day...
