Hi guys.

Ever since i got my Osmo Mobile 2 i cant seem to get any files from itunes (connected to an Iphone XR) onto my mac. I've done 3 big shoots now, and i have no way of getting the vids fom the phone to the mac.

I've done lots of googeling but cant even find a hit on error (-1426). DJI Go has always been the latest version on the phone. I can download in  one or two clips at a time to photos on the phone but then have to wait until they appear on Photos on the mac before i can use them which is a massive pain in the ass for 40 GB worth of short vids. I never had an issue with the osmo mobile 1.

Any help would be a HUGE help as under pressure now to deliver something.
