Does anyone experience with phone mount issue: the side mount is rotating with a very little friction and my phone doesn't stay on a certain degree and facing down constantly. Please help. Thanks.

Yea, this happens to me too. It’s as tight as it can be but still spins as the tension isn’t strong enough to hold the weight of my phone (iPhone X)

I have the Polar Pro Mount to try but that's not the point. This should work
