Does anyone know why the app is using so much space? This is on a Samsung s8+

If it's just from log files or something like that, how do I clear them out?

And I'm not talking about any downloaded images. I mean just the app itself.

Could be your video cache.  You can try clearing that from the menu in the app.

Hi, thank you for bringing this query for us. The DJI Go 4 application total size is only 90MB if you download it thru to play store. However, as per our valued member's comments above, the video cache will take some storage and also other flight logs. Also, if you want to clear the storage, you can sync all of your flight records and try to uninstall and reinstall the application. i have cache disabled for video and maps on my iPhone X and its using up over 5 GB, LOL i even cleared cache and "documents and data" still showing 4.7GB + 350+ MB for app base install.   i think something wrong with how DJI has built the app, may explain why it turns my various phones and tablets into heaters basically.     

The Go4 app has steadily grown in size/ resource needs with every update, and depending on the processor and RAM on your device, well, you do the math.
Still on 4.0.4 myself.
But now experimenting with the NLD version of the Go4 app v4.122.
