Hi everybody,

I was a satisfied Osmo Pocket owner.

I had a critical issue regarding audio on the file automatic split which is performing by the Osmo.

Some preliminary info:

- Osmo pocket
- updated firm/soft version (V1.08.00.20).
- 2 x SanDisk extreme pro micro SD (v30, U3)
- fully charged battery
- test have been made in 4k 60/30 fps and 1080p at all the fps available
- OP has less than 3 weeks of life...almost seemed to be perfect in its behavior

But...I was taking a video at a wedding using 4k 60fps settings...all went in the right way...or well, it seemed to.

When I come back home, I downloaded the Osmo DCIM folder to my PC and...astonishingly I found the clip was fractioned in 4/5 single clips.
I thought it was quite normal in pro cameras in order to preserve files integrity...so I tried to edit the clips on davinci resolve merging them (and then I tried on  premiere on my Win PC and FCP on my Mac)...but...

At the end of every clip, before the automatic trim...I found a gap in the audio track which produced a full silence. Then I changed software and the gap was at the beginning of the second one. Unusable clips.

Nothing was solving my issue: I changed editor as I wrote before, then tried to merge the files with mkvmerge, I tried to change my microSD from v30 to V60 but without any luck.

Please note that a lot of people is complaining about this serious issue also on this forum:

https://forum.dji.com/thread-182167-1-1.html

I can't record any video longer than 5.26" in 4k or I'll be sure to lose some milliseconds in my audio track...which results in an unusable movie.

Here you can find attached some images to let you better understand.

I often record  concertos and this Osmo Pocket is not usable.

If you won't solve my problem I'll have to send back my Osmo and I think you'll have a negative review of this product: it is a 400$ camera, it is really  regrettable that so many people is not receiving a fix for this issue and it's also unbearable that DJI doesn't warn its customers that they will be only allowed to record clips not longer than 5'26" at full resolution.

Waiting for a responsible answer.

Thanks
