I just got my Ronin-S and I am a bit confused.  See the attached photo.  The slider to attach the camera plate doesnt slide to 9.  It has a slider from 0 to 9, but only slides to 7.5.  Is this normal?

Yes, mine has the same "Chinese design". It cannot go over 7,5 but can slide in other direction 1 cm over Zero  ( -1 )
