The Midgley Bridge just turned 80 years old and is located just north of Sedona Arizona on highway 89A. For many years most drone pilots believed that flying at this location was a NO DRONE ZONE. This is actually not the case, the bridge is within the 5 mile radius of Sedona Airport but there in no FAA Tower at the airpord and is actually in class E airspace that begins at 700 feet AGL. This legally means that flying at the Midgley Beidge is in class G airspace and drone pilots can legally fly there up to 400 feet AGL.
