I think I was at 95% down to 68% in 12 minutes recording?  I will have to see again but I've disabled a lot of notifications on the phone now.

The mobile device battery will still depend on what application and the system you are currently running while using the DJI Osmo Mobile 3. It doesn't eat too too fast but need a supercharger handy.

It's the app that drains the phone, not the device - presumably you are using the Mimo app?

yeah, the MIMO app

You've probably tried the usual stuff but uninstalling / reinstalling the app and rebooting phone would be the kind of quick things to try.

I've removed all the unnecessary notifications.  Now it doesn't drain as fast.

Thats is often the case - I only use iOS so will see as/when I buy the O3

I'm waiting on ordering one until I get the new iPhone this month just to know that it will work with it first.

Just saw a passing comment in a YouTube video, mentioning that "Gesture Control" eats battery and should only be enabled when you need it.  Maybe that is the problem with the OP's phone.

I got no issues on my IOS device.. The battery is drained as expected
when using the buildin camera.

It's not on.

It charges iPhone and it’s great, maybe just Android but that wasn’t supposed to be the case .

They should've made it where you can plug the phone into the Osmo 3 for power.
