Same here on my s10+. Dji fly stoped working after updating to Android 10q... Realy Bad dji.

No it does not work on the Samsung note 10+

i found a temporary fix
if i restart my note 10 before opening dji fly the app is working.. broken again if you close the app you have to restart again..
may help some users

Samsung Galaxy S10+ on Android10 do not work. The dron from christmass is useless...

When is the fix coming for DJI Fly app ?? Stuck here just admiring my mavic mini. DJI  you should of been prepared for this.. we should all get compo for this.

Is there any update to when the update will be available and a fix?
Was able to borrow a phone to try it out but really wanna fly..

Can confirm that dji fly app stopped working right after update to Android 10. Shame as I am on holidays in NZ and have missed taking drone footage at 2 days attraction. DJI please get this sorted asap.

Today I tried starting the app, without doing anything it worked.
in happiness I closed it put on cloths and went outside.. Well happiness killed, the app didn't work again..
From the forums I can see posts going back a month, how can this still be an issue, do I really need to get an iPhone to be able to fly??? .-.

I too have this issue. This morning updated my Samsung Galaxy S10 plus to Android 10 and now the app freezes before it opens. This needs to be sorted NOW.

There is a fix to this problem. Delete the app, search in your phone for DJI, delete all DJI files from the My Files section, restart the phone and then reinstall the app. Should then work fine

My Note10+ *MM is working on Android 10 FINALLY. The problem is, that after update everyone must wait few day...all my friends had the same issue. You must be patiente because lazy DJI is still getting away.......

The DJI Fly app closes immediately
The old DJI Go app still works though. Does anyone know if DJI is working on this. Need the drone for next week and can't fly the damn thing.

Now I did a test and it works:
FHD + resolution
Battery Optimized
Adaptive power saving off
Delete DJI Fly
Install DJI4
Install DJI Fly
Restart the phone
Launch DJI Fly.

For me, Samsung Galaxy works with 10+ android 10

Exynos version of Samsung Galaxy s 10+

I tried the workaround and deleted the files from DJI folder ( Moved to a tmp folder) and the App did Start again after reinstall.

And finally got it to work!!!
So....
Uninstalled the DJI Fly App. Also uninstalled the DJI Go App
Removed the DJI folder
Restarted the phone
Installed DJI Fly
Started app and for permission on location selected only when app has started vs always which I picked before
And so far so good

Spoke too soon. Restarted the phone and now the DJI Fly App just hangs on the white screen

This worked for me initially.
But just too.. Try it I restarted the phone to see if it's a fix or just randomly worked as it has done before.
And it did not work after restart..

The issue has not yet been resolved.

This issue is caused by the incompatibility between the DJI Fly app and the Android 10 operating system run by the Samsung phone (Exynos). We have already worked on this issue with Samsung, and have figured out the cause of this issue. We will fix this issue in the future version of the DJI Fly app.
