OMG it doesn't open how is he going to Sync it? This seems to be the norm for DJI! They wait till the last minute to fix anything including OS updates! There's no excuse for this from DJI! They always have plenty of time to work with beta from Google! It's not like Google sits on the next version until the last minute! For what people pay for DJIs equipment this is sad very sad! I had the same issue when the last Android version was released I was grounded until DJI got off there A$$ to fix it!!!!

Hi support, i am using Huawei p20 android 10, I just bought new Mavi mini yesterday and was trying to connect mobile using provided cable as soo I launch dji fly app it open page to select product I selected mavic mini and it ask me to connect aircraft, when I select connect aircraft it show aircraft cannot find although controller is properly connected.
I tried same with apple mobile iPhone 7 it works all good.

Please help I want to use my android phone to fly this drone.

Hi there, HUAWEI P20 is the compatibility device. Please try to remove the connecting cable and connects again, try to enable USB debugging. If the issue persists, you may provide a screenshot of the error message for further confirmation.

I recently updated the dji go 4 app for my mavic air. And since that the app wont open. When I clicked to open the app, it went straight back to my android home page. I hope you could fix this immediately. This has been few weeks since I updated it.

The issue you reported is caused by the fact that the current DJI GO4 app is not compatible with the newly launched official version of Android 11, which was released on September 9. DJI, like other third-party software providers, is working hard to release an app version that is compatible with Android 11 as soon as possible to minimize the impact on your daily use.
DJI GO 4 is expected to be phase released on September 15 and launched before September 18. The version number of DJI GO 4 is 4.3.38. Thanks for your patience.

I still did not get any update on the dji go 4 latest version from google play store.

Go to development options and take off the 4 g if wifi is low and a few other things works like a charm.......just like it did yeah baby....

When DJI will add new features on app like follow me and so on. Other 3rd party apps like lichi app are exploring full capacity of DJI mini. Please add follow me and way point to dji fly app.. If mini is capable to do this then why to hide this feature from consumers...

This is a joke. Doesn't take over 2 months to sort an app out. What's the point of this drone if you have to use it with this stupid app which doesn't work?

even with Android 12, all the DJI apps do not launch. was there a resolution to this

I have two devices, old tablet with Android version 5.1. When i open the Go app and connect the tablet to the remote control via original USB-cable, i see "Aircraft Connected", but when i click "Camera" app will restart.

Then my phone, Motorola Moto G50 with Android 12. When i click "DJI Go" it opens and closes after start. Both devices are using app downloaded from DJI website. That fixed the problem with Android 12 for couple days but now its back.

introduced to Dji the entertainment system with the game CarX Street Apk. Hope it will bring relaxation after hard working days. We don't want this post to be deleted. Thank you
