I have a Hauwei p20 pro and received my DJI ozmo mobile 3 today,had a few issues setting it up,but the zoom does not seem to be working,anyone else have zoom issue on theirs.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. To use the zoom feature, push the Zoom slider up and down to zoom in or out. Please note Osmo Mobile 3 only supports digital zoom, which impacts image quality.
